$0 My Goal: $1,250.00
   Congrats! Keep going!

For the 10th time, I have committed to riding Pelotonia to raise money to help end cancer.

I have committed to ride 100 miles and to raise a minimum of $2,000 - the 100 mile commitment - with a stretch goal of raising $2,500.

This year, I am doing it for Dad. I'm going for Gary, riding in memory and honor of my father, who died January 24, 2020 from pancreatic cancer.

I will also be ...

  • Riding for Rachel, my sister, who a breast cancer survivor.

  • Cycling for Carol, my mother-in-law, Carol, who we buried 35 days after her diagnosis with Glioblastoma Multiforma in 2003.

  • Going for Grandma, my Great Grandma Jen, who died from lung cancer in 1995.

  • Biking for Brode, my friend who died May 25, 2011 from brain tumors, at age 37.

  • Biking for Bruce, my father-in-law, who is a melanoma survivor.

  • Riding for Rich, my friend, Rich Palma, a colon cancer survivor and all around good guy.

  • And, cycling for Chris, in memory of my friend Chris Dunlap, a cancer warrior, inspiration and Pelotonia family member, who lost her brave battle with cancer in November 2019.

I'm also riding for friends, neighbors and family -- far and wide -- who have been, or may be, affected by cancer.

I've said it before, and it bears repeating: I am not a doctor, researcher or wealthy benefactor.

I'm just a guy, who wants to ride his bike with his kids and friends, in an attempt to get into better shape. In doing so, with your assistance, I -- we -- might be able to help raise a dollar that can fund the massive efforts necessary to care for patients battling cancer and help find a cure for this dreaded disease.

That's what's going to inspire me for Pelotonia 2020!

My deepest thanks to all who've generously donated on my behalf!
