|Congrats! Keep going!|
I am alive, Thank God. I'm a cancer survivor.
In 2012 A doctor told me I had a GIST tumor. G.I.S.T. (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor). It is scary. One study outlined a 3-5 year, 40% survivability with G.I.S.T.
It's a milestone, now 7 years later, I get stuck with needles, and drink radioactive dyes; just to keep an eye out for cancer. The doc says I am doing well. I feel fantastic. I am lucky.
You know someone, everyone does; probably someone you loved, laughed with or a schoolmate - maybe you know someone who was lost to cancer.
So, I am going to ride my bike and raise money for cancer research. I can do it.
There will be more success stories like mine. Maybe there is a breakthrough, or a researcher has an new idea.
People with cancer; they might not tell you they are scared. I can tell you that I am.
Please donate some cash, and help make someone else lucky. I will do my part.
Thank you so much for helping.
